Pets and wildlife are members of the Town of Stouffville’s community and we believe that they deserve a safe and fulfilling life. Our team of dedicated Animal Services officers help protect you, your pets, your livestock and wildlife.

Our Animal Services officers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to respond to animal-related emergencies in our community. To contact an officer, please call 905-640-1900 ext. 2230 or email animalservices@townofws.ca.
If the matter is not urgent, please contact our team during our regular business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Weekends and holidays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
