Event Safety Reminder:

Please note that there will be no road closures for this event, so we encourage all attendees to stay safe by using sidewalks and crosswalks. Be mindful of traffic, particularly during trick-or-treating along Main Street. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children closely and ensure everyone sticks to designated pedestrian areas to keep the event fun and safe for all.

Halloween Safety Tips:

If you’re going trick or treating on Halloween night, we recommend the following tips to keep you safe:

  • Wear bright, reflective costumes or add reflective tape to ensure visibility in low-light conditions.
  • Avoid masks that obstruct vision—opt for face paint instead.
  • Stick to well-lit areas when trick-or-treating and always cross streets at intersections.
  • Carry a flashlight or glow sticks for added visibility, especially in the evening.
  • Check candy before consuming, especially homemade treats or items without packaging.
  • For parents, ensure young children are supervised by an adult and older kids follow a planned route.
