Participate in Stouffville's Community Satisfaction Survey

The Town of Stouffville has launched a Community Satisfaction Survey to gather feedback on the delivery of Town services and programs as of April 10. The goal is to better understand resident satisfaction to inform planning, budgets, and service improvements.

The online survey is open to all Stouffville residents, business owners, and visitors and takes less than seven minutes to complete. Designed for ease of use, the survey can be filled out using any computer or mobile device.

“Council values the voices of our residents,” said Stouffville Mayor Iain Lovatt. “Your feedback plays a critical role in our decision-making process and helps us align services with what matters most to our community.”

The Town will use this year’s results as a baseline, repeating the survey annually to track progress. Findings will directly indicate where improvements are needed, with action items created and prioritized accordingly.

“We’ve taken great strides in recent years to enhance service delivery across the board,” said Sunny Bains, Stouffville’s Chief Administrative Officer. “This survey gives us a clear outlook so we can continue improving and ensure we remain a leading municipality in York Region.”

All residents are encouraged to participate. As an added incentive, participants have the option to enter a draw for a chance to win a $100 gift card to a local business of their choosing.

Have your say online at townofws.ca/townsurvey or in person by visiting the Customer Service desk at Town Hall (111 Sandiford Dr., Stouffville) or the Leisure Centre (2 Park Dr., Stouffville). The deadline to participate is May 7.
