Booking Request Form

Rates do not include tax or insurance fees. A Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is required for licensed events, acquired by the renter through the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario. For all rentals, a security deposit of $210.00 (without SOP) or $525.00 (with SOP) applies. Renter is responsible for all set up and take down.
