To help us assess your qualifications and suitability for the position, you may be asked to complete a brief pre-screening questionnaire, either online or by phone.

If you are selected to move forward in the recruitment process, a Human Resources representative will contact you to schedule a formal interview.

To ensure the best fit for the role, candidates may also be invited to complete a small project or presentation that highlights their skills and experience. If required, these tasks will be provided in advance of the interview.

 

 

If you successfully advance past the interview stage of our recruitment process, we will request a list of employment references from you. Our team will then contact your references in a professional and confidential manner to gain additional insights into your qualifications and experience.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace, candidates are required to complete a criminal background check through Mintz Global Screening. If you advance to this stage of the recruitment process, you will receive an email directly from Mintz with instructions for completing the necessary checks. Depending on the position, this may also include a driver’s abstract, credit check, accreditation verification, or other role-specific screenings. This is an important step in our hiring process, and we appreciate your cooperation and timely response.

If the team determines that you are the best candidate for the role, we will extend a formal job offer to you. Along with the offer, you will receive an onboarding package and detailed information about the benefits available to you starting on your first day.
