The following benefits are applicable to all full-time permanent non-union employees on day one of employment.

- All full-time permanent employees must join the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Plan (OMERS)

- Drug Plan: Comprehensive Town funded direct drug plan

- Dental: 100% reimbursement for all standard AND supplemental services up to predetermined maximum per calendar year, coverage for other major restorative services and orthodontics included
