Declarations of Interest Registry

The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires municipalities in Ontario to maintain a registry of all disclosed conflicts of interest made by members of Council. The Town of Stouffville keeps a registry which includes original written declarations provided by members of Council or Council Appointed Committees.

The original registry documents, including the forms submitted and excerpts from meeting minutes, are available for public inspection at the Municipal Offices located at 111 Sandiford Dr. any time between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
