The Mayor’s Office will provide congratulatory certificates for birthdays, anniversaries, business openings or other special occasions.

Certificate requests should be submitted two weeks in advance.

Once ready, certificates can be picked up at the Customer Service desk at the Municipal Offices located at 111 Sandiford Drive, Stouffville. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Alternate arrangements can be made upon request.
