Septic Systems

A Letter of Compliance (Zoning) provides a written confirmation about a property such as active building permits and applications, outstanding orders or violation files as they relate to the Ontario Building Code, and zoning designations that may apply to the property.

A Letter of Compliance (Septic) provides a written confirmation about private sewage systems serving a property such as a record of the installation of the private sewage system, and outstanding orders related to the private sewage system.
