Garbage tags

Electronic waste (e-waste) includes broken or non-repairable electronics from your home. These items are not accepted in curbside collection and should never be disposed of in the garbage, as they contain hazardous materials and valuable recyclable components.  

York Region residents can drop off their electronic waste at a York Region waste depot. 

Note: Clear all personal information from all devices prior to drop-off

Disassembled electronics will not be accepted. 

Drop off your unwanted electronics for recycling at one of our electronics recycling events at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Operations Centre!
