Parking tickets issued by the Town between December 1st and 15th can be paid by donation. Gifts must be in their original packaging and the value of the donation (before taxes) must match or exceed the amount owed on the Parking Penalty Notice. Proof of purchase and the Parking Penalty Notice must be presented at the time of donation.

Weekends and holidays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

From December 1 to March 31, you cannot park on the street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., or at any time during snow clearing operations. Park worry free from December 22 to January 2 as winter parking restrictions are lifted for the holiday season.
There is a three-hour limit for on-street parking year-round, however, the three-hour parking restrictions between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. do not apply for Downtown Stouffville’s Main Street.
