You can pay your penalty notice through our online payment portal.

You can mail a cheque or money order to:

Please write your Penalty Notice number on the front of the cheque or money order and make it payable to “The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville”.

You can pay your Penalty Notice by Visa, MasterCard, cash, cheque, or debit at our customer service desk. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on civic or statutory holidays.

You can drop off your payment anytime at our secure drop box, located beside the main entrance. Please put your Penalty Notice in an envelope labelled “Attn: Administrative Monetary Penalty System Program” with a cheque or money order made payable to “The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville”. We do not accept cash payments in the drop box.
