There will be a Special Council meeting on February 1, 2023 Immediately Following the Regular Council Meeting at 7 p.m., for the following matters: That Council recess to permit the holding of a Closed Meeting in the Whitchurch Room to consider matters with the following exceptions: Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Municipal Act, Sec. 239(2)(b)).

Stouffville Recreation Creates New Parasport Sampling Event, With Support Of Parasport Ontario & Jumpstart
The Town of Stouffville is excited to introduce a unique event this holiday season: ParaSport Sampler – Have-a-Go Day! With support from ParaSport Ontario, Stouffville welcomes two National-level athletes to support learning and engagement in various parasport opportunities throughout the day.
Holiday Hours for Town Facilities
Town of Stouffville facilities will be on modified hours for the winter holidays.
Now accepting Donations for local charity initiatives at Town Hall until December 16
The Town of Stouffville is accepting toy donations for the Stouffville Lions Club, non-perishable food donations for the Stouffville Food Bank and Adopt-a-Senior organized by a local resident.
Pool Closure Notice - Dec 6, 7 & 19
The therapy pool will be closed on Tuesday December 6 and Wednesday December 7 for maintenance. The whole pool will be closed on December 19 for pool maintenance. All programs are cancelled on December 19.
Toys for Tickets
The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is helping make the holidays a little brighter for less fortunate families by allowing parking ticket payments to be made with a donation.
New Fire/Paramedic Station Coming To Ballantrae
The Ballantrae Fire Station is on the move after the Town of Stouffville announced today an agreement to purchase 3.5 acres on Aurora Road. The parcel of land, located just west of Highway 48 in Ballantrae, is the proposed future home of a modern fire station. The Town is in ongoing discussions with York Region Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) about a joint venture for the site. The transaction is scheduled to close in early 2023.

Calling all local barn, stable, winery, and garden centre owners! The Town is asking for your help to provide a good home for cats in need.
