We Want To Hear From You: Participate in Stouffville's Community Satisfaction Survey

The Town of Stouffville has launched its second annual Community Satisfaction Survey, inviting residents to share feedback on Town services and programs beginning May 21. The survey will help inform future planning, budgeting, and service improvements across the organization.

The online survey is open to all Stouffville residents, business owners, and visitors, and takes less than seven minutes to complete. Designed for ease of use, the survey can be completed on any computer or mobile device.

“Resident feedback is incredibly important to Council and helps shape the decisions we make for our community,” said Stouffville Mayor, Iain Lovatt. “This survey is an opportunity for residents to share what’s working well, where we can improve, and what matters most to them as Stouffville continues to grow.”

The Town will use this year’s results as a benchmark and repeat the survey annually to help measure progress over time. Feedback gathered will help identify priorities and guide future service improvements.

“We are committed to delivering high-quality, responsive services for our community,” said Sunny Bains, Stouffville’s Chief Administrative Officer. “Hearing directly from residents gives us valuable insight into their experiences and helps ensure we continue improving the programs and services that support everyday life in Stouffville.”

All residents are encouraged to participate. As an added incentive, participants can choose to enter a draw for a chance to win a $100 gift card to a local business of their choice.

Residents can complete the survey online at townofws.ca/townsurvey or in person by visiting the Customer Service desk at Town Hall (111 Sandiford Dr., Stouffville) or the Leisure Centre (2 Park Dr., Stouffville). The deadline to participate is June 12.
