  • February 15: Stouffville Declares Winter Weather Event The Town of Stouffville has declared a significant weather event due to an incoming winter storm that is expected to bring up to 25 cm of snow into Monday, February 17. Environment Canada has issued a Winter Storm Advisory for the region, warning of poor visibility and hazardous travel conditions. Feb 15, 2025
  • Winter Weather Service Update Waste collection services are delayed today due to hazardous road conditions, with collection resuming at 7:00 a.m. on Friday if routes cannot be completed. The Memorial Park Skating Trail is expected to open by 11:00 a.m. following snow removal, and Town Hall and community centres remain open as scheduled. Feb 13, 2025
  • Town and Strawberry Festival Announce New Partnership to Enhance Iconic Community Event The Town of Stouffville and the Strawberry Festival Board are partnering to strengthen and grow the beloved festival, a community tradition for over 40 years. The Town will manage operations like entertainment, sponsorships, marketing, and vendor coordination while the Board continues to oversee legacy events such as the Pancake Breakfast and the Sandra Stronach Red Berry Café. Join us for the 2025 Strawberry Festival from June 27–29, with Canada Day fireworks on July 1! Feb 13, 2025
